About the Artist

Born and raised in South Dakota, I grew up where corn and soybean fields stretch endlessly toward the horizon. Early on, I developed a love for steel construction while helping build grain bins - and a love for the outdoors while hunting for fun.

Art has always been a constant in my life. As a kid, I filled sketchbooks with wildlife inspired by my dad’s hunting magazines. Today, I’m still drawn to the beauty hidden in everyday objects: the textures, the colors, the layers - the things most people overlook.

My work brings those overlooked elements to life. Every sculpture begins with forgotten metal: discarded gears, pipes, chains and industrial scraps. I collect these worn, abandoned pieces and transform them into expressive works of art. In my hands, scrap metal is reborn - rebuilt into something meaningful, powerful and unexpected.
