REFIND WORKS creates original metal sculptures from discarded industrial and agricultural steel - materials once built to work hard and last long. These fragments of industry are reassembled, welded, and refined into enduring works of art that honor craftsmanship, labor and resilience.
No two pieces are alike. Each sculpture carries the marks of its former life and the intention of its transformation.

An Expected Gallery in an unexpected place
Tucked inside an unassuming barn in rural Minnesota is a gallery unlike any other.
Brian Quail created the REFIND WORKS Gallery as a place for his reclaimed-metal sculptures to be experienced where they belong - surrounded by weathered timber, agricultural history and the materials that have inspired his work for more than three decades.
What began as a working rural space has become a destination: part gallery, part studio experience and unmistakably REFIND WORKS.
Visitors can experience a rotating collection of original sculptures, see pieces rarely shown elsewhere and get a closer look at the craftsmanship, materials and stories behind Brian’s work.

MEET SILAS
Reclaimed metal. Reimagined.
An original sculpture by Brian Quail, Silas brings together decades of craftsmanship, reclaimed materials and the unmistakable character of steel.
Every piece once had another purpose.
Every mark carries a history.
Together, they become something new.
A deconstructed wood saddle introduces an unexpected contrast - warm, weathered wood against cold steel. Rather than simply resting atop the horse, the saddle becomes part of the sculpture itself, its familiar form broken apart and reimaged through Brian’s perspective.
